Life and work on an island are marked by the rhythms dictated by the sun, wind, and sea. Conserveria Tonnina was born from the desire to maintain and pass on a tradition of gestures and flavors. Simple gestures of the fishing tradition give our products the flavor of an island, a way of life. Conserveria Tonnina was born from the story of the tuna processing tradition on the Island of Elba.
Conserveria Tonnina takes its name from the ancient method of preserving a portion of the tuna, which was processed and preserved in salt in the ancient tuna fisheries of Elba to maintain its flavor over time.
The origin of the fish from our sea, their processing, and their preservation, make the Canned Tuna especially tasty.
