• Nettle shoots with an emerald green color and a pleasant vegetal and slightly sour note.
• Chunks of our own smoked pancetta wrapped in a soft, savory béchamel sauce.
• Handcrafted in the Simonetto family butcher shop in the Dolomites, Italy, since 1953.
• No preservatives and gluten-free.
