Aux Vergers is made from vines that are planted on blue rock soils, which is magma that has cooled down with water. It's Cosima's favourite vineyard. This 100% gamay noir offers a seductive bouquet of medicinal herbs, a bit like Coca Cola, with generous notes of blackberries and black cherries. Plush tannins, tart acidity and silky mouthfeel. A perfect gastronomic Beaujolais to accompany a plate of charcuterie.
