Cream or pure Pizzuta almond paste (a particularly flavorful local hard-shell variety), 180g jar, no added milk or sugar. The almonds are ground with their nutrient-rich shells: that's why we call it whole and it's light brown!
Excellent spread on bread, layered with honey, or on its own. Extremely energetic for breakfast or when exercising.
Ideal for making ice cream, puddings, almond milk, and fillings. It can also be used to season pasta or garnish savory canapés.
If the oil separates, simply stir to return to the cream. If it's too thin, don't stir it after separating and remove the excess oil.
It can be stored without refrigeration after opening.
