Exceptional condiments that are widely and conveniently used in the kitchen to prepare exquisite hot and cold dishes. Excellent spread on bread, rusks, bruschetta, canapés, and as a filling for sandwiches and breakfasts. Highly appreciated ingredients on pizza. Because of their ease of use, they're easily used in the preparation of first courses (tagliatelle, risotto, and other pasta shapes): simply melt the contents of the jar in boiling olive oil and toss the drained pasta al dente in the pan. A sprinkling of finely chopped parsley and Parmesan or pecorino cheese is recommended as a finishing touch.
